Exterior walls: Sandwich panel with polyurethane foam, manufactured by Topanel Romania, interior/exterior RAL 9002 white, PUR, sheet thickness 0.3/0.3 mm, wall thickness 80 mm.

Roof: lifting hooks for handling, roof system with a slight two way slope, made of galvanized sheet, thickness 0.4 mm. Roof sheet support system made of painted rectangular profiles 2 mm. Ceiling made of sandwich panel with polyurethane foam, produced by Topanel Romania, interior and exterior RAL 9002 white, PUR, sheet thickness 0.3 mm and 0.3 mm, panel thickness 80 mm.

Floor – from exterior to interior:
– corrugated painted sheet 0.25 mm,
– floor support system consisting of 8–16 crossbeams made of cold-bent C-profile galvanized sheet, 2 mm,
– basalt wool insulation 100 mm,
– anti-condensation membrane 120 g/sqm,
– TEGO panel 18/20 mm, load capacity 400 kg/sqm for interiors,
– Tarkett domestic medium-traffic linoleum, glued, with skirting boards and corner trims

PVC Joinery:

1 × exterior PVC door with frame, 5-point locking system, aluminum threshold, 3 hinges – panel, 950×2050 mm. 1 × interior door (sanitary unit) 800×2000 mm. 2 × PVC tilt-and-turn windows with frame, 1200×1000 mm. 1 × PVC tilt-and-turn window 500×500 mm (sanitary unit).

Sanitary unit:

sink with wall tiles, mounted mirror, toilet bowl with tank, electric boiler.

complete supply and drainage installation for connection to the cold water network and the sewage network. External connection of the container to these two networks is entirely the responsibility of the beneficiary.

Electrical installation components: exterior 230v outlet, interior panel equipped and wired, 4 positions, 2 LED lighting units 10w, 1 double surface mounted switch, 2 double surface mounted sockets.
