1. Right of Withdrawal (Return) for Individuals and Legal Entities
In accordance with applicable legislation (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals), individual consumers have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the parcel, without being required to state a reason.
MAXTRADE B2B SRL voluntarily extends the same return conditions (14 days) to legal entities (B2B clients), subject to the same steps and conditions outlined below.

• The product must be in its original condition — undamaged, with no signs of wear, impact, scratches, or modifications.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging (where possible), together with all accessories and accompanying documents (invoice, warranty certificate, manual, etc.).
• The return must be notified before the expiry of the 14-day period, by sending an email to [email protected] or via the contact form on the website.
• Products made to custom order or modified according to the client's specifications cannot be returned.
3. Return Procedure
To process a return, please follow these steps:
Send a return request by email to [email protected], including the order number, the product, and the reason for the return (optional).
You will receive a response with exact instructions for shipping the product back.
Ship the product to the address indicated by our team.
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the client, regardless of the reason for the return — except in cases where the product is defective or was incorrectly delivered due to the fault of the Company.
4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, MAXTRADE B2B SRL will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the return is received. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Products That Cannot Be Returned
In accordance with applicable legislation, the following cannot be returned:
Products manufactured to the client's specifications or customised products.
Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (once unsealed).
Products that have been used or installed, thereby losing their "new" status.
